WHAT IS DERMAL FILLER?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Dermal filler tends to last between 6-24 months, however this varies amongst individuals. This is due to a variety of factors; your body’s metabolism, the product used, area treated, as well as environmental and social factors.
All dermal fillers that are used at The Global Clinic contains a local anaesthetic, (lidocaine) in order to reduce any pain or discomfort during the treatment. We also provide topical numbing cream to our clients to help bring pain to a minimum, and will only start the procedure once you are fully numbed. If you are allergic to lidocaine we can use fillers that do not contain this ingredient.
We only work with the highest quality dermal fillers, all product adapts beautifully into the skin tissue creating a soft natural result that does not affect facial expression. We do not promote the unnatural look so our skilled team will be able to assess how much product is required to create the desired outcome you want to achieve.
We will do a thorough assessment of the face. We will only carry out a procedure if it will harmonise your facial features and correct any asymmetry in order to restore balance.
Prior to any procedure we offer a free of charge consultation with our medical practitioners, where we can discuss any questions and queries you may have.
At The Global Clinic will endeavour to give you your desired outcomes from one treatment, but this is not always possible and
subsequent treatments might be required, incurring additional costs.
Following completion of the treatment, we will provide information and support regarding aftercare, to help minimise downtime.
We are also available to contact 24/7 in case of an emergency.
