TEAR TROUGH
Tear trough treatment helps to restores volume loss and reduces the appearance of dark circles under the eyes. Tear trough filler is ideal for clients who have visible hollowing under the eyes, which results in a constant ‘tired’ appearance.
Small amounts of a the dermal filler – Teosyal Redensity II is injected into this region, as it’s the ONLY product licensed in the UK for the treatment of tear trough.
A micro-cannula is used to treat this area as it allows for safer injection technique and minimal discomfort. Only 1ml is used during an appointment to ensure we do not overfill this delicate area of skin. The majority of clients only need one treatment, but if the depression is particularly pronounced, then a second treatment may be required.
Results from this treatment creates a fresh and rejuvenated appearance. The nose can also appear smaller due to the smoother transition from the tear trough. The results from this treatment are incredible and just one treatment typically lasts 12 months.
